Hi, I’m CA Karuna Jaiswal—a Chartered Accountant by qualification and a creative & passionate person at heart.

With 14 years of corporate experience, I transitioned to freelancing in 2015 and have spent the last 10 years working on projects that align with my purpose—making finance easy to understand and accessible to everyone.

- How Numbers became my calling!!!!

My love for numbers began as early as childhood, during the countdowns on television:

10...9...8...7…6…5…4...3…2…1.... ACTION!

That countdown fueled a journey of countless achievements .

From early curiosity to earning 2nd Merit Ranking in Aurangabad District 12th-grade.

I became a Chartered Accountant in 2002.

I also earned a Diploma in Information System Audit in June 2002.

Over 14 years, I worked in audits and managed Finance & Accounts functions.

My journey included roles at Datamatics, ICICI Bank, WNS, Express Clinics, and as a Manager in the Response Department at The Times of India.

Shift to Consultancy

While my Coprorate stint groomed me with valuable & professional skills, i always longed for a larger purpose - a field of my own to sow the seeds of knowledge. Realizing that financial struggles often stem from a lack of awareness rather than resources, I transitioned into freelance consultancy.

This inspired me to create Financial Education content, leading to the launch of my website and YouTube channel, Karuna's Knowledge Nectar, aiming to make financial knowledge simple and accessible for the Common Man of India.

Beyond the Balance Sheet: A Life of Compassion

Spiritual & empathetic by nature, my passion for animal welfare has also shaped me, by actively managing animal rescue missions—organizing people,supplies , maintaining ready-reference databases for vets, volunteers, and learning to value life, time, and presence in the process.

For the past 14 years, I’ve been the youngest trustee at The Society for Welfare of Animals, Pune.

These experiences have honed my abilities in organizing, troubleshooting & brainstorming, agility, & emotional & practical intelligence—skills just as crucial in finance as they are in rescue work.

Though I qualified as a professional at 25, my love for the arts never took a backseat. Writing poems & Articles & designing, and other creative pursuits have helped me balance the structured world of finance. This blend of creativity and analytical thinking enables me to approach challenges with fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.

My freelance journey has been a window into real financial struggles. Many people simply don’t know the tools & rights available to them. My mission is to bridge that gap—to equip people with knowledge & resources, they need to manage, their finances independently.
