Hi, I’m CA Karuna Jaiswal—a Chartered Accountant by qualification and a creative and passionate person at heart.
With 14 years of enriching experience in the corporate world, I made a seamless transition into freelancing in 2015.
Over the past nine years, I've been passionately working on independent projects that align with my purpose—to simplify finance and empower individuals.
The Journey Begins
My love for numbers began as early as childhood, during the countdowns on television:
10...9...8...7…6…5…4...3…2…1.... ACTION!
That countdown ignited a lifelong journey—connecting the dots across many milestones.
From childhood curiosity to topping the Aurangabad District as 2nd in the 12th-grade merit list......
I ,eventually qualified as a C.A. in 2002.
I followed that up with Diploma in Information System Audit in June 2002 , the same year.

Corporate Life
Over the next 14 years, I worked “on both sides of the table” as we CAs say—handling audits as well as managing Finance & Accounts functions.
My corporate journey included stints at organizations like Datamatics, ICICI Bank, WNS, Express Clinics, and finally, as a Manager in the Response Department at The Times of India.
The Shift: From Corporate to Cause
While my career helped me build valuable skills and professional insights, I always longed for a larger purpose—a sky of my own to fly in. I realized that many people struggle with financial problems not due to lack of resources, but lack of awareness. That’s when I took the leap into freelance consultancy.
I started creating tools, guides, and platforms that solve real-life financial issues for the common man. This led to the birth of my website and YouTube channel—“Karuna’s Knowledge Nectar”, created to provide easy, accessible knowledge for all.
The Serious Side
Beyond Numbers: A Life of Compassion
Spiritual & empathetic by nature, my passion for animal welfare has also shaped me. For the past 14 years, I’ve been the youngest trustee at The Society for Welfare of Animals, Pune. I actively participate in animal rescue missions—organizing teams, maintaining ready-reference databases for vets, volunteers, and supplies, and learning to value life, time, and presence in the process.
These experiences have honed my abilities in organizing, troubleshooting & brainstorming, agility, and emotional & practical intelligence—skills just as crucial in finance as they are in rescue work.

Though I became a qualified professional at age 25, my love for the arts never took a backseat. Whether it’s writing poems & articles or designing—I’ve always found creative outlets to balance the structured world of finance. Creativity allows me to approach financial challenges with fresh perspectives & innovative solutions, enabling me to simulate all possible solutions and think out of the box to solve issues.

My freelance journey has been a window into real financial struggles. Many people simply don’t know the tools & rights available to them. My mission is to bridge that gap—to equip people with knowledge & resources, they need to manage, their finances independently.
You can "bank" on me for this (pun intended—thanks to my 5-year stint with ICICI Bank as Manager)!
